Fahy was a commercial director at ISG from 2012 until 2020, when he joined Structure Tone.
Fahy said: “It became clear from initial conversations in the early part of this year that Matt’s complementary skills could unlock new opportunities for our business.
“Matt’s appointment has been several months in the making as part of our ambitions to further develop our strong and resilient business.”
Fahy added: “We are all aware that other companies are going through difficult times. Our thoughts are with the employees and supply chain partners who are impacted by these developments.
“Whilst today’s appointment brings exciting opportunities for the whole Structure Tone team, I want to assure our clients, partners and colleagues that in the meantime, it remains business as usual, and we remain steadfastly focused on delivering our current tenders, projects and initiatives.”
