Training provider Women in Construction: The Power Within Her has developed a new programme for women working in the built environment sector.
The Women in Leadership programme aims to equip participants with the knowledge, mindset and tools required to progress into senior roles.
The course uses ‘motivational intelligence’ to help women develop emotional agility, resilience and influence, while also addressing the challenges of working in a fast-paced, often male-dominated sector.
Delivered online, the course allows participants to achieve an executive diploma in leading with motivational intelligence, accredited by the Scottish Qualifications Authority and the NOCN Group, with UCAS recognition.

“When you bring more women into senior roles, you widen your talent pool, strengthen decision-making and improve results.
“Our industry keeps saying it wants progress, but that means investing in the people who are ready to lead.
“Women aren’t asking for special treatment; they’re asking for the opportunity to contribute at the level they’re capable of, and the sector benefits when they do.”
