A garden landscaping company has been fined £600,000 after an employee died while loading a lorry.

The accident happened at a domestic property in North London in March 2019. It involved a man in his thirties who sustained head injuries while working on concrete pumping operations carried out by London-based company Singh Will Mix It Ltd.
