The CIOB Academy has added three new courses for November.
The Chartered Membership Programme is available as an online course on 1 November designed to give candidates the confidence to take the final step to MCIOB status.
The course covers law, contracts, health & safety, procurement, sustainability, design and management issues.
Following completion of the programme, candidates will be given guidance on the professional review, the final stage to becoming a chartered member (MCIOB).
Two BIM courses are also being held at the CIOB London office. The first is BIM Technician on 1 November and the second BIM Management is on 3 November.
The BIM Technician is for those with practical experience of BIM who wish to develop a specialist ability to provide technological support. The training will provide new and innovative approaches to capturing, delivering, managing and sharing information within the context of a BIM project.
The BIM Management course will focus on the specific technical skills and knowledge needed to qualify as a BIM management professional. The day will look at topics such as execution planning, policy creation, post occupancy evaluation and much more.
You can also join the CIOB’s free pilot scheme to become certified in either of these roles if you attend in November. Contact [email protected] to find out more.
