Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has launched a data u0026amp; AI transformation academy, designed to digitally upskill its team and make the most of data solutions.

The academy is intended to offer a continuous learning programme to RLB employees across the UK and Europe. RLB plans to launch additional academy cohorts every six months. Multiverse, the data skills startup, will deliver personalised, on-the-job learning for RLB’s staff.

Courses include the 13-month ‘AI for Business Value’, and the ‘Data Fellowship’, a level 4 apprenticeship programme. Learners will gain hands-on training in AI implementation and business intelligence tools, fostering a “future-ready, data-fluent culture”. Apprentices from divisions such as cost management, sustainability, built asset consultancy and project management will take part.
