Construction firms will have the chance to bid for a place on an offsite housing framework being renewed by procurement specialist LHC, worth around £2bn.
The four-year framework is expected to offer work worth up to £1bn in England, £600m in Scotland and £400m in Wales.
The framework is made up of four workstreams: volumetric systems (including options for housing, apartments, adaptive pods, roof extensions and temporary accommodation), panelised systems, high-rise projects and turnkey low-rise projects.
