Contractor Osborne has appointed two new group board directors.
Stuart Hammond, group finance controller and company secretary for the last three years, has been promoted to the board as an executive director. He has worked for the company for 11 years in different finance roles.
Also joining the board, but in a non-executive role, is Michael Strong, formerly of US commercial property consultant CBRE Group.
Strong was executive chairman for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at CBRE from 2001 until 2015, and chief executive officer and president of EMEA from 2005 to 2012. He has been non-executive director at NHS Property Services since February 2016.
