The Chartered Institute of Building has entered into a coalition with the UK BIM Alliance, an organisation working to make BIM “business as usual”.
Caroline Gumble, CIOB chief executive officer, said: “The digitalisation agenda is crucial to the better use and understanding of data and information across construction and the built environment. The CIOB looks forward to actively working with the UK BIM Alliance in ensuring that this is both better understood and taken forward in collaboration across the industry, professions and trade associations.”
