Gaol roof locked in

Morgan Sindall has completed core structural work as part of a major renovation and redevelopment at Haverfordwest Castle in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The scheme includes a renovation of the Grade II-listed gaol building, which sits within the walls.

The gaol’s roof has been fully replaced, and major works have been undertaken to stabilise the building’s core structure. The next phase will include transforming the gaol into a visitor attraction with a new café, a shop and a 500-seat outdoor events space.
