An affordable housing provider owned by AtkinsRéalis has handed over a housing scheme with nearly two-thirds of the materials produced offsite.

EDAROTH (Everyone Deserves A Roof Over Their Head) completed the 12-house scheme to achieve net-zero operational performance and exceed emerging Future Homes Standards. The firm said the process “reduces waste, improves quality, accelerates delivery and minimises disruption to local communities”.

The firm said it was proof that this offsite delivery model could be delivered at scale with the potential to create 120 homes currently and “potentially thousands of homes annually”. The scheme was delivered for client Raven Housing Trust in Banstead, Surrey.
