The partnership was announced at Digital Construction Week where the two are sharing a stand: Zero promoting its mission to make the industry cleaner and leaner, while XYZ demonstrating its Atom engineering grade AR headset (which is nominated in the Digital Construction Awards).
The two see an opportunity to reduce construction waste, in particular cutting down on rework. To date, XYZ Reality’s technology has reduced rework activities from 30% to less than 1%, leading to a reduction in CO2 levels, the company claims.

James Bowles and Johnathan Munkley, co-founders of Zero, said: “In the years ahead, our projects will come under ever tighter carbon restrictions and targets. Eliminating rework
