Top must-sees at UK Construction Week London

UK Construction Week 2025

The UK’s largest event for the built environment, UK Construction Week (UKCW), is gearing up to celebrate its 10th anniversary with a host of newly announced areas and features at the London show (ExCeL, 7-9 May).

Here are just a few reasons why you should attend the UK’s biggest event for the built environment.

The only event designed to cater for the whole construction supply chain, UKCW London 2025 will not only be co-located with The Stone Show & Hard Surfaces for the first time in its history – it will also feature an array of exciting initiatives and exclusive launches.

These new launches include the debut of Workwear & PPE Live by PCIAW®, a dedicated show for construction clothing, footwear, and accessories, in an exclusive partnership with the Professional Clothing Industry Association Worldwide (PCIAW®). Visitors will not want to miss out on their insightful range of seminar sessions and the show’s first-ever ‘catwalk’ performance, showcasing innovative solutions to the most pressing issues in workwear procurement.

Following the huge success of The Offsite Show’s debut at UK Construction Week London 2024, the co-located show will return in 2025 to shine a spotlight on sustainable technology with a focus on the best practices for the industry to work towards net zero. The Offsite Show welcomes over 5,000 visitors with an interest in using offsite solutions and techniques for future business strategies, as well as associated products and services.

HVAC+R represented

The ever-growing construction show will also see the launch of HVAC+R in partnership with Datateam Business Media, dedicated to the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industries. The London show will provide a fantastic platform for HVAC+R businesses to reach housebuilders, developers, contractors, housing associations and local authorities.

After the success of its debut at the Birmingham show in October 2024, Onsite On Hire, a hire industry showcase for the very best tools, compact plant and equipment exhibitors, will be making its return to London after 16 years.
