Laing O’Rourke has appointed Andrew Wolstenholme, former chief executive of Crossrail and director of BAA’s capital projects, as its new group technical director.

Laing O’Rourke aims to be a net zero emitter of carbon by 2030 and have a workforce made up of equal numbers of men and women by 2033.
