Procore is beta testing voice-activated AI via Meta’s smart glasses.

Procore AI Go is a voice-first mobile app, available in open beta in North America, that lets construction teams ask questions and receive instant, spoken answers from their project data within Procore.

Extending the hands-free, voice-first experience, Procore is also partnering with Meta to bring Procore AI Go to smart glasses, giving construction teams a hands-free way to access project information and capture first-person photos by simply saying “Hey Procore,” without stopping work to reach for a phone. This is in closed beta.

Procore is participating in a study with Florida-based Moss Construction to evaluate how AI agents, Procore AI Go and AI-enabled wearables can reduce administrative tasks and give construction teams more time to focus on building.

“Construction crews shouldn’t have to walk back to the trailer to find the information they need,” said Geoff Lewis, senior vice president of product at Procore. “We’re bringing Procore AI directly to the people doing the work, giving them a faster way to get answers right where they are, in a hands free way. And as we explore technologies like AI glasses, we’re looking at how to make it even easier for crews to access and capture information without putting down their tools.”

Procore made the announcement at its annual Groundbreak event in Orlando. It also revealed the next phase of its collaboration with Nvidia. Currently in closed beta, teams can now move seamlessly between Procore’s Model Manager and Realism Mode, powered by Nvidia Omniverse libraries, to visualise projects in a highly-realistic 3D environment and explore how real-world conditions, such as extreme weather, could impact construction before they happen on site.
