Kirsty Villiers joins Radcliffes from L&Q to lead BIM drive

Kirsty Villiers, BIM workstream lead, L&Q
Kirsty Villiers, formerly BIM workstream lead at L&Q, has joined construction consultancy Radcliffes as BIM and information management lead with a remit to enhance its BIM and building safety services.

Villiers’ time at L&Q included acting as project manager for the industry-led Golden Thread Initiative, which was sponsored by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and the Health & Safety Executive. The initiative worked closely with the Building Regulations Advisory Committee to pilot ways of creating a digital golden thread for both existing and new builds.

Radcliffes is an independent construction consultancy that leads and delivers high-quality, complex construction projects throughout the UK. It has expanded its scope by establishing a BIM and information management service, which complements the project management and property management teams.

The BIM and information management service provides client support through the lifecycle of property investment, development and occupation. Radcliffe's aim is to ensure clients “realise the true value of investment in their assets to create... the best-performing sustainable assets, by combining clear and well-documented information using the latest digital technology”.
