Interserve Group has revealed that Ken Hanna will become a non-executive director and chairman of its equipment services business RMD Kwikform.
Hanna is currently chairman of Aggreko and Arena Events. Prior to that, he has held executive positions at Cadbury, Inchcape and Dalgety. He will take up his new role on 2 September.
