Graham launches careers programme to boost gender diversity

ConstructHER programme is now open for applications from female high school students in Glasgow

Graham has launched a new programme to encourage female high school pupils across Glasgow to pursue a career in construction.

Promoted to schools with support from Developing the Young Workforce and Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, the ConstructHER programme has been created to help address the lack of women in construction.

The six-month training programme will be delivered at various locations – including on live construction sites in the city, universities and colleges – and will offer insight into the breadth of roles available in construction.
