Global BIM Network launches roadmap at first annual general assembly

A roadmap for the digitalisation of the build environment with consideration of climate change and the pandemic, and the need to boost inclusive growth has been published today (2 December) by the Global BIM Network.

The Global BIM Network Roadmap 2021-2025 aims to promote collaboration between the public sector and industry on digitalisation and has been co-created by a range of organisations internationally – across the public sector, funding, and more – through the network.

The network, which also has backing from UK government departments, was set up in March and held its first annual general assembly today. The event will also host a series of international panel discussions with policy makers, and industry, to share knowledge and best practice on digitalisation at the event.
