Glider has won an information management consultancy contract with the Network Homes housing association.
The housing association provides more than 21,000 affordable homes predominantly across London and Hertfordshire.
Glider will review and uplift the current suite of BIM documents that Network Homes is using. This includes its Asset Information Requirements, Exchange Information Requirements and Project Information Requirements. COBie templates, Spatial Hierarchy and BIM capability and capacity assessments are also in scope.
Glider will also work closely with the digital and building information management team at Network Homes to ensure the refreshed documents are understood, accepted and rolled into future projects and contract documentation.
