April will see a new industry event for the construction sector in the North West.
Construction EXPO North, organised by Revolution Events Ltd, which also runs Kent Construction EXPO, will take place at Bolton Stadium on Thursday 30 April 2026. It will provide a dedicated platform for the region’s construction, property and infrastructure sectors to connect, share knowledge and explore new opportunities. CIOB will be taking a stand at the exhibition as well as speakers at the talks programme.
Building on the successful Kent format, the new event will feature:
- a major trade exhibition showcasing suppliers and service providers;
- a conference programme with regional and national industry speakers;
- targeted networking and business development opportunities;
- a structured Meet the Buyer programme.
The talks programme will explore topics from sustainability and environmental practice, digital, innovation and AI in Construction, to building safety, compliance and regulation, strengthening the workforce, and the role of place, regeneration and existing assets in driving economic and social value.
The organisers say with the region experiencing significant infrastructure growth and ongoing demand for collaboration across the built environment, the event arrives at a pivotal time for the sector.
