Newsletter Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over.
- To enter the prize draw, you must fill in your details as requested and click the ‘Submit’ button.
- The closing date to enter the prize draw is Midnight on 6th February 2011. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
- There is no cash alternative to the prize listed for the draw.
- Only one entry is permitted per person.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified by Atom Publishing Ltd by email on or before Friday 11th February 2011. If a winner does not respond to Atom Publishing Ltd within 7 days of being notified by Atom Publishing Ltd, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Atom Publishing Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner.
- The winner’s name may be published on the website and in Construction Manager magazine. Details will be available on request.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are not properly received due to communications beyond our control.
