Willmott Dixon will continue to use the Sypro contract management platform after signing another five-year deal.
The contractor has used the Sypro platform for 14 years to streamline risk management, enhance communication and improve governance across every stage of the contract lifecycle. Over that time, it has managed 244 projects on the platform, encompassing NEC, JCT and bespoke contract forms.
Simon Hunt, strategic account director at Sypro, said: “Construction projects are becoming increasingly complex, with tighter margins, greater scrutiny and higher expectations for risk management and compliance. Teams are managing multiple stakeholders, evolving regulations and changing client requirements, all while aiming to deliver on time and on budget.
“Our renewed partnership with Willmott Dixon reflects how essential digital contract management has become for navigating these challenges. Contractors are increasingly focused on clearer communication of contractual requirements and amendments.
“Our software is helping teams respond efficiently, mitigate risk and maintain effective collaboration, supporting the delivery of complex projects across the industry.”
Grant Richards, director at Willmott Dixon Construction, said: “Delivering complex projects involves multiple moving parts, tight margins and constantly evolving requirements. Sypro enables our teams to manage communications effectively, track key decisions, and ensure all stakeholders have the information they need to maintain progress and control.
“Extending our partnership for the next five years allows us to continue operating efficiently, mitigate risk, and support the teams delivering these projects to the highest standards.”
