Construction Management and CIOB have launched a new survey to find out whether contractual disputes are increasing in construction – and what is driving them.
Run in association with Ideagen, the survey asks construction professionals about the issues most likely to trigger disputes, from payment, variations and delays to design responsibility and defects.
It also explores the impact of changing legislation and whether weaknesses in project information and record-keeping can make disputes harder to resolve.
