Modular specialist Reds10 has begun the groundworks on three new single living accommodation blocks for Army personnel at Baker Barracks, in Thorney Island.

A contractor ‘alliance’ established last year to build single-living accommodation for the British army using MMC has been allocated its first projects as part of a ‘programmatic approach’ to construct 16,000 new bedspaces by 2034.
