A 37-year-old woman was left paralysed after being crushed by a section of a wind turbine at Siemens’ offshore manufacturing site in Hull.

The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) is calling on offshore workers to consider a career in construction, citing the amount of transferable skills and the funding and training available.
