The Housing Ombudsman has published its latest severe maladministration report looking at how social landlords respond to leaks.

The Housing Ombudsman expects to double the number of investigations completed following another record year in complaints in social housing.

The housing secretary has admonished ten housing associations and local councils where the Housing Ombudsman found severe maladministration failings.
