New timelapse footage released by HS2 shows the Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM joint venture (EKFB) sliding a 4,500-t deck into position at the Small Dean viaduct over four days.

HS2 engineers have finished sliding the second part of the Wendover Dean Viaduct deck into position.

The Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM Nuttall joint venture (EKFB JV) and UK Caterpillar distributor Finning are using a smart plant approach on HS2 earthworks to save £25m.
