Sunbelt Rentals launches careers platform for veterans
Sunbelt Rentals has unveiled a new skills-based platform to help veterans in the UK and Ireland transition into civilian jobs.
In partnership with online platform Oplign, Sunbelt Rentals is streamlining the process of matching veterans with career opportunities across the business.
The platform allows applicants to input details about their military service, including years of experience, rank, and job title. Their experience is then matched to relevant roles at the company.
If applicants meet the skills requirements, they are automatically guaranteed a screening interview.
