Following a strong 2025, Tilbury Douglas has appointed Simon Butler as managing director of regional building.
A 14-year company veteran, Butler will lead the Regional Building service line to help deliver the company’s five-year growth plan.
To support him in his new role, Martin Horne has been appointed to regional managing director of Building North, with responsibility for Yorkshire, the north-east and the north-west.
Richard Boeg has been appointed to regional managing director of Building South, to support continued geographic growth.
And Kabir Salihi has been appointed to the role of regional director for the north-west.
“Our order book now stands at £1.6bn, and we are continuing to see growth across the regions,” said chief executive Craig Tatton.
“As we develop the business in line with our five-year plan, it is essential that we maintain absolute focus on delivering the plan and ensuring operational excellence. These appointments further strengthen our leadership team and position us well for the next phase of growth.”
