Autodesk Formit is a free iPad app that allows building designers to conceptualise and analyse design ideas and integrate them into BIM workflow at the earliest stages of a project. Users can sketch out designs on their device, create forms from a gallery of shapes and manipulate them, then share them via the Autodesk 360 cloud-based collaboration service. Designers can also use it to track shadows and also address easement and property line issues. www.autodeskformit.com
