Internally, Revizto has put multiple measures in place asking its team to work 100% from home while moving its regional RevUp Workshops to a digital format until further notice. It said: “We have infrastructure in place to keep our team safe while continuing business activities with minimal limitations.”
Autodesk is offering an Extended Access Program for several of its flagship cloud collaboration products, including BIM 360 Docs and Design. The company hopes this will help support customers adapting to new ways of working in cases where employees are having to work from home during this challenging time.
To offer some relief for customers facing cash flow issues, the company will also extend contract payment terms to 60 days for all customers and partners, for new orders and renewals placed directly with Autodesk now through 7 August 2020. In addition, it will extend the ability to purchase new multi-user subscription plans to 7 August 2020 and move the retirement to 7 August 2021.
Graphisoft has released free emergency licences to help architects work remotely. These temporary 30-day ArchiCAD licenses can be activated remotely with a simple activation code. All users need is an active ArchiCAD 17 or newer licence and an internet connection.
The emergency license code can be obtained via Graphisoft UK.
To help teams work together while at home, Graphisoft is also offering free 60-day access to BIMcloud as a service, a solution to empower remote team collaboration between architects and designers. Work is in progress to quickly extend availability of this service to users worldwide from Monday 23 March.
All Graphisoft offices are following a work-from-home policy worldwide. During this time, all services remain fully operational and are available through the usual email, phone, and online channels. All travel, events, and gatherings continue to be suspended until further notice.
