New Armed Forces Pathway will provide free careers advice to ex-military personnel and their families
Mott MacDonald has launched its Armed Forces Pathway to encourage, guide and support ex-military personnel transitioning into the business.
The company’s Talent Acquisition Team and former Armed Forces community is providing free careers advice to ex-military personnel and their families. The programme includes practical assistance around how to shape CVs and prepare for interviews.
“The Armed Forces Pathway marks a significant step in growing and supporting our ex-military staff base, and we’re fully aware of the benefits to our business that Armed Forces experience brings," said Sally Russell, Mott MacDonald’s divisional general manager, northern England.
