Modular builder wins £100m London hotel and office build

Offsite modular specialist Elements Europe has won the role of main contractor on a £100m central London hotel and office.

Elements Europe will build a 17-storey volumetric modular Motel One hotel, with five storeys of offices above it.

UBS Asset Management Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) and development partners BSW Land and Property, and The Pickstock Group, are backing the the central London scheme in East Road.

The office space aims to achieve ‘Excellent’ BREEAM certification.

South Korean ownership

South Korean Conglomerate GS E&C owns a majority stake in Elements Europe.
