Minimising rework throughout the construction lifecycle

Last year, Trimble added a 3D model viewer feature to Viewpoint Field View, providing users with “a true model-based workflow, both in the office and out in the field”

How can rework be minimised throughout the construction lifecycle? That’s the question that will be addressed by a panel of experts in a forthcoming CM webinar.

Rework is one of the most significant drains on construction profitability, extending far beyond the cost of replacement materials. To minimise it, the industry must address the vulnerabilities present at every stage of a project.

Taking place on 24 February, the webinar (in association with Trimble) will explore the true business impact of rework, identify its root causes, and explore technology’s role in prevention across each stage of construction. The speakers will detail how industry changes, such as modern methods of construction, combined with proactive technology can streamline the build process, reduce the potential for errors, and ensure a successful golden thread from design to installation.

The speakers are:

  • Ben Wallbank, digital strategy and partnerships manager at Trimble.
  • Russell Coles, MEP sales engineer at Trimble.
  • Steven Jackson, structural sales engineer at Trimble.
  • Joe Hollis, SketchUp sales engineer at Trimble.

This webinar is free to attend and will be broadcast live at 11am on 24 February. Those who complete the webinar live via their own registration link will qualify for an hour’s CPD credit. Register now.

The webinar will be recorded and made available to watch on-demand shortly after the live broadcast.
