Heathrow is one of the world’s most complex infrastructure environments – with a £4.5bn portfolio, including 450 projects, and 412 project managers, along with thousands of staff from delivery partners – so how does it manage its asset information?

Register for this week’s webinar, in association with nima, to find out.

Heathrow’s capital projects delivery faced significant risks due to fragmented and poor-quality asset data, causing delays, cost overruns and inefficiencies. With significant cyber-safety approval needed before technology implementation, Heathrow’s digital asset delivery team developed a four-phase approach to improve information management.

In this webinar, Heathrow principal digital asset data lead Nigel Stroud will talk to nima senior vice chair Paul Wilkinson about the challenge his team faced, the solution the team developed and deployed, and the benefits they derived. One of the unintended benefits was winning Digital Team of the Year at the Digital Construction Awards two months ago.

This webinar is free to attend and is broadcast live. Those who complete the webinar live via their own registration link will qualify for an hour’s CPD. The webinar will be available to watch on demand shortly after live broadcast.
