A joint venture between Vistry and Kier's development arm has bought a parcel of land at Holme Meadows in South Wokingham, where they plan to deliver 343 new mixed-tenure homes.
The initial phase of the project will involve the construction of 343 homes on a serviced parcel of land, with the possibility of building 298 additional units across future phases.
A decision on the reserved matters planning application is currently under consideration. If approved, construction is expected to start later this year.
