The British Standards Institution is asking young people who began working in the built environment sector during the covid-19 pandemic to share their experiences, as part of research into the ‘hybrid generation’.
BSI is exploring the impact of the restrictions on younger workers and how transformed ways of working have shaped their careers, including for those in sectors where many roles have remained on site, such as construction.
The public call for evidence is open to individuals or groups with relevant experience on the topic. The research will cover multiple sectors, but focus specifically on those working in the built environment.
