In pictures | Six of the UK’s most innovative roofing projects

The National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) has announced the winners of the 2024 UK Roofing Awards.

The industry-wide event recognises outstanding workmanship and safety within the UK roofing industry across 18 categories. In addition, three individuals were also recognised for their contributions to the industry.

Tidworth, Copper Dome, Prestige Metal Roofing

UK Roofing Awards Tidworth, Copper Dome was the winner of the Fully Supported Metal category
Prestige Metal Roofing project on Tidworth, Copper Dome, won the Fully Supported Metal award

Stour Road, Hackney, Roofworx

UK Roofing Awards Stour Road in Hackney was the winner of the Green Roofing category
The Green Roofing award went to Roofworx’s project on Stour Road, Hackney

DLS Synchrotron, MAC Roofing & Contracting

DLS Synchrotron won the project of the year award
MAC Roofing & Contracting received the Project of the Year award for its work at the Diamond Light Source, the UK’s national synchrotron science facility in Oxfordshire
