Glider supports Mace in digital handover of Fleet Street project

The refurbishment aligns with the highest sustainability standards, health and wellness considerations, and incorporates dual-feed, 100% all-electric technology.

Glider previously worked with Mace as asset information management and handover consultant on the 40 Leadenhall Street office scheme in London’s City. It was on the shortlist for Digital Construction Project of the Year at the 2023 Digital Construction Awards.

The Peterborough Court development will also feature smart technology, meaning that digitally captured asset information during construction can be used by the landlord and tenants in the building’s operation.

Mace is leading the construction with support from JRA for architectural services, BDP for structures and lighting, Gardiner & Theobald for project management and cost consultancy services, and Gerald Eve as the planning adviser. CBRE and JLL are the joint leasing agents.

When Mace secured the contract at the end of 2022, it described the project as its biggest fit-out contract for a decade.
