Midlands members can take a tour of new £40m+ student accommodation in Coventry this month to view progress.
Winvic Construction has been appointed to build a 1,192-bedroom student facility located on the corner of Fairfax Street and Cox Street in the centre of the city.
Four interlinked blocks in varying heights ranging between 24 and 14 storeys with a steel frame construction, in-situ concrete upper floors and SFS infill framing system, built from piled foundations are underway.
