Housebuilder Countryside Properties is on course to deliver 500 offsite homes in 2019, after its modular timber frame factory in Warrington started full production in March.
The factory will eventually be able to produce 1,500 homes a year.
The news came as Countryside revealed that completions had risen 43% in the six months to 31 March, increasing to 2,362 homes. Excluding the impact of its acquisition of housebuilder Westleigh last year, completions were up 8% to 1,788.
