This exciting opportunity will see you take a key role in Unite Students’ Property Development team who are responsible for delivering their development strategy. Their team has been hands-on in the delivery of around 4,000 new bed spaces in the last three years and has funding secured for around £700m of further development.
As an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager you’ll have demonstrable ability in managing all aspects of the development process, from Acquisition, Planning, On- Site Delivery to Practical Completion.
