China’s Wanda achieves BIM Kitemark double

China’s largest asset management company, Wanda Commerical Management Group, has become the country’s first company to be awarded dual BIM certification under the BSI’s Kitemark standard.

It has been awarded Kitemarks for BIM Level 2 in the design and construction phase (PAS 1192-2) and for the operation phase (PAS 1192-3).

Wanda was helped in its quest to gain the Kitemark by staff at the Digital City Infrastructure and Technology Innovation Laboratory (D-CiTi Lab). The centre is run by Professor Llewellyn Tang, a leader in the coordination of BIM and digital construction cooperation between the UK and China.
