Bluebeam is sponsoring the Digital Construction Awards 2024.

The Digital Construction Awards 2024 celebrate best practice and reward innovation in the application of BIM, information management and digital technology in the built environment. Bluebeam is sponsoring the Digital Collaboration of the Year.

Pratik Patel, regional sales manager at Bluebeam UK, said: “We‘re delighted to sponsor the Digital Construction Awards once again this July. The Awards are a fantastic occasion to honour and celebrate the AEC industry’s innovation and excellence.

“At Bluebeam, we take pride in collaborating with all the passionate individuals and teams shaping the future of construction through technology. We look forward to celebrating and congratulating the well-deserved victories of our industry peers on the night.”

The Awards are organised by the Chartered Institute of Building, Digital Construction Week (DCW), Construction Management and BIMplus.

Construction Management editor Will Mann and DCW co-founder Ollie Hughes said: “Bluebeam has backed the Awards since the event’s inception and it’s great to welcome such a trusted industry partner on board for the third consecutive year.”

Entry criteria

The Digital Collaboration of the Year recognises the best use of digitalisation/digital methodologies and/or technologies to enhance collaboration between two or more organisations on a project, at any level of the supply chain.

This category does not focus on the work of making two or more different software packages compatible (although such work may have been necessary to help foster the collaboration between organisations).

The deadline for entries is 15 March. Enter now.

There are another 13 categories.

The shortlisted entries will be revealed on 13 May. The winners will be announced at a gala dinner on 2 July 2024 at The Brewery in London.

Last year, Laing O’Rourke, BDP and Solibri won the Digital Collaboration category. The construction of Everton FC’s new stadium provided the trio with the opportunity to implement a digital solution that brought together previously fragmented parties.
