Margaret Conway became the first female winner of the CMYA last year
The CIOB’s coveted Construction Manager of the Year Awards are now open for entries, in the year when the event is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
The awards applaud the work of extraordinary individual construction managers in various project categories. By rewarding the work of the manager rather than just the project and recognising what makes them special, the CMYA accolade serves to inspire other individuals in the industry.
Last year’s winner Margaret Conway, project manager with McAleer & Rushe, was the first female project manager to scoop the honour.
Past winner in 2016, Paul Marlow, who also works for McAleer & Rushe, became the youngest ever holder of the title, aged 30.
