The Official Receiver has called on firms that worked with Carillion before it went into liquidation to help with its investigation into the collapsed contractor.
It has devised a questionnaire, which is now live, and is asking businesses that had dealings with Carillion to make submissions by 9 May.
The confidential questionnaire has around 30 questions in total, although not all will be relevant to all respondents.
The Official Receiver, which is investigating the cause of Carillion’s insolvency, as well as any of its business dealings and affairs and the conduct of its directors, said it wanted to hear from anyone who did business with the contractor, whether a creditor or not.
It added that it will welcome all submissions, even if respondents cannot remember all of the relevant details or do not have a particular document to hand.
