One Pass Fibre Pathway (pictured right) is a simple to install, high-speed broadband network that is said to cause minimal disruption to a building or its occupants. The 3M-manufactured product is about the width of a pencil and is bonded to hallways and walls using adhesive, without the need for sawing, stapling or hammering. Installation of the system in a building can typically be completed by a small crew in less than two hours, says 3M.
Ibstock’s Northumbrian Castle range of house bricks is designed to give housebuilders and developers an opportunity to create attractive street scenes that blend well together. Brick colours are available in four blends and colours vary from brick to brick rather than across individual bricks. A random weathering effect gives a light but natural look to finished brickwork, creating a distinctive and uniform appeal to potential buyers. www.ibstock.co.uk
Sandtoft’s latest range of clay plain roof tiles includes Barrow tiles, which are embedded with a large amount of sand to resemble real handmade tiles, and are available in five colours: Burnt Oak, Bay Brown, Light Rusper, Dark Rusper and Red Basalt. Alban tiles mimic the look of reclaimed tiles and come in two colour blends, Sussex Blend and Vintage Blend. The existing Okewood tile, a traditional clay plain tile with a smooth finish, comes in the new colour Haze. www.sandtoft.com
