The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has set out plans for a £3.5bn construction framework for projects worth up to £30m.

The Constructor Services Framework has a potential future spend of up to £2.5bn over five years, with the possibility of £1bn of additional spend if the framework is extended for an extra two years.

The works undertaken under the framework, up to a value of £30m, will include new build, refurbishment, maintenance, and minor works.

It will cover the estates of the MoJ, HM Courts and Tribunals Service, HM Prison and Probation Service, the Legal Aid Agency, the Office of the Public Guardian, and the Home Office.

The MoJ will hold an early market engagement event on 15 June via Microsoft Teams, during which it will share information relating to the business requirement, the framework structure and procurement strategy.

A form for entry to the market engagement session can be found here.
