What was your approach?
We put her in touch with a local trade partner to arrange measurement and ordering. In an industry where customers typically wait six to eight weeks for delivery, YLTNO enables them to dictate when they want the doors delivered.

Why is this service so useful for bi-fold doors?
To get an accurate measurement of a bi-fold door opening, the aperture must be cut and prepared before the doors are ordered. In most cases, this means customers have to live for several weeks with just wooden boards or tarpaulin to protect their house, making any home insurance invalid. 

Any other benefits?
Long lead times adversely affect our trade partners, as waiting eight weeks for doors has a negative effect on cash flow. It also makes it difficult when planning projects to coordinate door fitting alongside other building work. The YLTNO service helps to minimise these issues.
