The winners of the 2019 Guernsey Property and Construction Awards were announced at a presentation ceremony at the end of last year to a packed audience of industry colleagues at the St Pierre Park Hotel, St Peter Port.
Winners of the awards, which were founded by Julie Todd and Tim Guilbert, represented the full spectrum of the Guernsey construction, building and property communities.
The Lifetime Achievement award winner for 2019 was Peter Falla, founder of PF&A Architects.
Paul Le Tissier, a Southampton Hub committee member and former Guernsey CIOB chair, presented the Construction Professional of the Year award to Oliver Westgarth of CCD Architects.
Le Tissier said: “The CIOB is delighted to support this important initiative. It fits perfectly with our commitment to encourage the highest levels of professionalism across all sectors. We hope to work alongside Julie, Tim and all of the construction and property sectors as part of our focus on supporting business in general.”
